    Hi all
I am a hardened ORIGINAL HCG Follower
I recently met a few (South African) people who got HCG from goodness knows where
I girl who is not familiar with HCG protocol said she could not make head or tail from teh Diet Docs instructions and that everything worked through a whatsap group....
Does anyone possibly have a copy of their regime?
I sent her my own personal write up but would liek to know

    TIA

I follow the original protocol as well, but when I did my round through DietDoc, this was their program individually recommended for me. (which I did not follow)

    Total Calories: 600 kcal.day

    NET Carbs: 30g/day=120 kcal
    Protein: 95g/day= 380 kcal
    MCT oil: 1 tbsp/ day=100 kcal
Water Intake: 100 fl oz/ day

Sample guideline for your meal plan:

    Breakfast:
3 egg whites w/veggies of your choice

    Meal 2:
Protein Shake (20 protein, 5 g of carbs) OR 3 oz of meat instead

    Lunch:
3.5 oz of meat and potentially 1/2-1 serving of vegetables/ fruit

    Meal 4:
Protein Shake (20 protein, 5 g of carbs) OR 3 oz of meat instead

    Dinner:
3 oz of meat and potentially 1/2-1 serving of vegetables

Their list of allowed foods is way more diverse than the protocol. You can mostly eat any meat/veggie/fruit that is non starchy and low-fat. They instruct you to basically just follow your personalized macros suggestion and stay within your calorie range.

    Hi Leez
Thanks I am trying to help this lady But she seems like she wants to go the original way so I sent here wat I have put together (the original way)
So it seems the diet doc charges you for HCG and then you have to buy Shakes on top of it?
I think she told me she was to detox on fruit and veg for 3 days?
Just looking at it the Calories is Much higher, Protein more and very limited veg? and no fruit
Will definitely look at the spreadsheet and tell her How I think it compares...I can support someone with something I believe in.....

They recommend different calorie levels for different people depending your age and amount to lose. Some are assigned 800 or more. I didn't get any 3 day detox instructions with my plan. The fruits they recommend are mostly berries. You can see it only on the sample menu once per day though.

Her calorie level might be different from what they recommended for me unless she is post-menopausal and thyroid challenged. I'll PM you the actual food list you can share with her if you like.

    Thanks Leez
It also helps to understand that, if some of my diet buddies (often friends of friends) are in the Diet doc regime
    You are a star!

Hi. How are you? I had horrible results with their hcg as well. Diet doc is offering a 60 day supply..but they state one vital is good enough for 60 days.

Hi Grammy!!! How are you? I hope your recent round was successful and you lost the weight you wanted. I wanted to know how your experience was with dietdoc..they are currently offering a 60 day supply of hcg for $479. However, they informed me that they would only send one vital to be mixed and it would be good for 60 days. I was under the impression that hcg has to be mixed after 30 days to keep its potency fresh. Iím sorry for bothering you and hope to hear from you.

    Yvette,

The DietDoc HCG could very well be potent for 60 days because they require their compounding supplier to achieve better than 100% potency. (I think its something like 110%). That means it will hold potency of near 100% for longer than other brands. If so, it should be safe to do a 40 day round without remixing.

Hi Leez, thank you so much for replying. I truly appreciate it. So it’s safe to purchase then, I was so worried because I didn’t understand how the hcg vital would still be potent after 30 days but what you said makes sense for sure. Do you believe doing a 60 day round is safe though? Sorry for bother and thank you once again

40 dose days is the longest round you can do safely. With skip days, skipping for your period, and skipping to check dose, a 40 dose round could last up to 48 days, so you can extend it that way. Extending longer than 40 dose days puts you at risk for immunity and may interfere with your stabilization.

Some people have prefilled and frozen extra syringes to use in a later round and say they have retained potency, but its taking a risk of damaging the HCG. I've read quite a bit about this in the body building forums (lots of HCG users there) and I think the risk is minimal if the syringe is only frozen and thawed once. The peptides are delicate and can be damaged by multiple freeze/thaw cycles. If you are going to try that, fill and freeze the extra syringes right after you've mixed. There is a technique to freezing so that you don't lose any from the expansion of the liquid that happens when it freezes. I've not done it, so can't instruct you on that. But you can probably pull it up with the forum search feature.
