1. ## Confused on mixing. Please advice

Dr Simeon's original protocol states to take a 5000 and mix with 10 ml and do 125 Im. I really wanted to try to stick as close to the original protocol as much as possible. I mixed mine this morning and gave myself the first injection. I purchased it from US HCG in a 5000iu. The directions from them stated to add 5 ml of bac water and to do 175iu a say. Since I was wanting to mix to Dr S I was starting to add Mir bac water then panicked. I ended up adding 7.5 ml of bac to my 5000iu and drew to 1.5 on the insulin syringe. I'm so confused and now am worried I messed up. How much should I draw from this? I just went with a middle ground from the original and the Directions with my order. I was starving this morning but within about 5 hours I felt nauseous and have been having to force myself to eat. Have I messed up?

2. Once you have mixed and taken any doses out, you can't change the mixture. But you can figure out what you are taking.

Here's a formula to check your math:

5000 iu divided by 7.5 = 667 iu per ml

To take 125iu dose:

125iu divided by 667 = 1.68 or 17

If you drew out 1.5 or 15, you took a dose of 100iu. So I would bump that up to 1.7 for tomorrow and see how you do.

Dr. Simeons actually mixed 5000iu with 20 ml. So with that solution, a 125 iu dose would pull to .5 or 50. I mixed that way in my final round and I liked doing it that way very much. It was very easy to make adjustments, and less of your HCG dose is left in the needle each injection.

It really doesn't matter all that much in the end what solution you mix it with. You just have to get the math right so you know what you are taking.

Thank you very much for the reply. I didn't think I could add to it once I had, whew so glad I didn't.. I adjusted my dose and took closer to the 2 mark on the syringe this morning, to 18 to be exact.

Very disappointed in my gains though and am using the bacon, etc today. I only gained .2 and I don't think that's enough. Hopefully today's gains will be better because I'm off work and can actually make the time to make myself eat more.

4. It not unusual to even lose during loading. Don't worry about it as long as you are eating some fat every time you have some room over the 2 loading days. You don't have to stuff yourself or eat to the point of misery.

Loading really doesn't have to mean a gain. It's just fun to eat all the no-no foods you won't be seeing again until P4. I pigged out and made sure I got some healthy fats in too.
