    Eating all organic?

Has anyone here done the hCG phase eating both organic and conventional foods? Isn't it true that if you are all Egan I you would ose the most weight compared to eating conventional foods? I've been lately spending a lot of money going to Sprouts to find all organic fruits, vegetables, meat, turkey, and fish. I only work at this fast food hamburger place in which obviously I don't make a lot of money money. Now my mom will pay the groceries only from both Walmart and Sam's Club. So that means that probably I can spend buying another round of hCG in order to reach my goal weight of 150lbs.

Yes, you want to eat the best quality food you can afford. But I think you'll find that most people don't eat exclusively organic food on the diet phase of P2. I'm pretty picky, and I don't. I'll buy organic if its a comparable value, but there is a limit to how much extra I'm willing to pay.

You can be successful on the protocol without using any organic foods. If you have limited funds, prioritize what you can for hormone-free and antibiotic-free meats and organic apples, strawberries and greens. Its not as important to use organic for things that you are peeling, like oranges and grapefruits or onion root.

I haven't seen any data showing that you lose more by staying completely organic than by just buying normally available meats and produce. You don't need to take out a loan just to eat the right foods on HCG. Both Walmart and Sams Club have good quality foods available.

Please note that any suggestions I make are based on the Original Protocol.

My recent HCG round was with DietDoc. Our site owner has generously arranged for me to earn a small fee if you use my DietDoc or Nu Image Medical link to order your Hcg and supplies. (All HDI site discounts and coupons apply.) A full review of my experience and how the round progressed: my Diet Doc review and my Hcg coaching blog here

Well then I would only stick to buying organic meat, chicken, turkey, wild caught shrimp and cod fish.
