    Net zero today... I had a 1/2 lb burger yesterday, will be back to 1/4 today. I simply had beef I did not want to sit another night in the fridge. Still motivated by the 'side-view' Today we honor and remember those that gave all... Memorial Day 2021

    I am here at this machine writing scripts today... I did not make fresh coffee, as I had taken some from yesterday and put it in the fridge for an icy java this morning. I am really liking the creamer and the vanilla stevia in my morning joe! tho, I wanted something different for this afternoon's writing session, and mixed together a key lime pie lemonade! lol Basically I just made a 'limonade' with the vanilla stevia and added a fair amount of the 50/50 cream. Perfect for paradise!

    And the .6 is gone again... I see/feel other changes. I suspect a woosh soon.... or not. It is a decade later Happy losing, all!

    Nice to see your losses! I am just starting Day 3 of P2 and so far, I am down 8.6 lbs! I lost 3 lbs loading. I am experiencing a little bit of hunger issues, but it is sporadic. Trying to get my eating/drops/work schedule figured out.

    I know it's not fat that I'm losing right now, but I do feel less bloated and motivated more than ever! I am thinking after the big initial losses, to not weigh in everyday?

    Also, I'm past menopause, but notice I'm having hot flashes sometimes. I guess I don't care as long as I'm losing.

    I do weight every day, but it is how I feel... and I can see physical changes in 'shape'... even when no loss shows on the scale.

    I have not been here journaling, but I have been busy... I had the same fluctuations ... but considering the energies I have been surrounded in as of late... I stand by how much better I feel, how much better I sleep, and the visual change in 'puffiness' - Still on track.

    ok... obviously my timing is off for this round... on intermission... will shoot for a restart soon. Good stuffs manifesting, just requires situations that are not best for this round. Happy losing... #illbeback
