Another journey...a decade later (a journal)

Ok... man.... I have a closet full of clothes I no longer fit into. I would love to blame it all on Aunt Rona....but that has only accelerated a process that had been creepin up slowly due to less discipline and *gasp* getting older.... I mean better!!

I have a date of 6/1 as a start on my tracker, I may start sooner, that is a preliminary date picked to soothe my ocd lol I want to jump back in and get a refresher on loading and P2 foods/recipes.

    Looking forward

    Let the ordering begin!

So today I am ordering... I am purchasing two vials of 5k hcg and two vials of lipo/mic/b12. I wish I could find my old journal, I wrote about the stack I took back then... I believe I had also incorporated DIM supplement, but I am no longer dealing with menopausal stuffs and things. Directly anyhow... Will also add a daily vitamin and l-glutamine. It's a start, and I will adjust as my tells me I should. I have always listened to my body, and man... it never felt better than when I was taking HCG.

Either way... back to be on this journey!

Welcome back and good luck with your planning. It has always amazed me how good I feel when on HCG. Its almost a sense of euphoria.

Diet Doc was on back order, I went with my original company, now called TeleWellnessMD (used to be called Trim Nutrition), they are here in Florida, so quick delivery, but I still paid for expedited ship! Now off to plan the load days and shop. Funny I never enjoyed the load days as much as one would think. But loading with healthy fats (as opposed to cake lol) does make a huge difference.

I wish I wanted to load with just healthy fats. But find that not to be the case, I am a carb and sugar craver! Glad you found something to get your product!

Thanks for the warm welcome back. I wanted to attach an image... but the image link will be at the closing of this post.

I was sitting on the sofa last evening and I noticed something out of the corner of my eye on the ceiling. Now, my eyes are not the best, but I zoomed the camera and video on the mobile and I determined it to be a dragonfly. I find it perfect timing, as dragonflies are associated with change. If I ever needed a sign...

My grocery order is pending a tracking number for delivery... I have to time it right. No "load" foods this close to starting...I am intermittent fasting - ish while I wait.

Today it begins, with supplies and groceries delivered last evening, official first load day!! Already had a chocolate croissant, bacon is cooking... made full fat sour cream (as opposed to fat free yogurt) spinach dip that sat all night in the fridge and will be perfect for 'snacking' throughout theses two days. Also have cheesecake!

Up 4.4, as I chomp down the last chocolate croissant! Bacon is bakin, but deviled the last of the eggs last night...easier to eat the quantity needed, as I get sick of fried and/or scrambled. Anyhow... tomorrow we go VLC for the haul! Whoot!

Enjoy your last load day! Just curious, what size and how much was the hcg from Telewellness?
