Hope you enjoyed your loading days! I love cheesecake! I finished mine yesterday, and on vlc 1 today. It's gonna be great, for both of us! I think JGD is onto beautiful P3, and deserves it---we put in the work first, then get to go to very healthy and satifying P3 protocol. Good luck justbe!

Up another four, so a total of 8.4 gain on load. This morning is black java and a breadstick!

Good luck! I just completed my very first very low calorie day I gained 4.2 on loading days, and lost 2.0 this morning. You will probably have much better success on your 1st weigh in after day 1 of vlc. Seems the more yu gain on loading, the more you lose at first. Enjoy 1st week of vlc--losses are usually awesome!

Another loss of four this morning, leaving a net loss of 2.7 just one day shy of a week on this round. I am not hungry, and I have no headache! I realized I did not even eat my 'protein' meals yesterday. It was a busy day...still not hungry this morning. Going to have some java and a breadstick and get started on my day
