I am working on a grocery delivery, and mannnnnnnn..... the Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt... I want! lol I know it is not on the original protocol, but it didn't exist back then. <~~~ Wait... *deleted from cart* LOL I will hold out and make some homemade greek yogurt for P3. I had defaulted back to 'easy' processed foods, it is what has me back to doing another round. Well... partly, and mostly. Either way... #losingtowin

-1.6... I am thankful for no headache or hunger at this point. Prior to my last journey a decade ago, I had used 'sugar-free' creamer, then I realized it could be labeled as such because of how the serving size is listed. I won't rant on that now, but it took me a while to not be p*ssed off! Anyhow... I drank my java black for years, then brought back milk and stevia. Alll that to say, groceries are on the way and will include French Vanilla Stevia packets! Whooot! lol I know... I know... it is best black, but I have a wicked sweet tooth. I had learned to convert alllll my dessert recipes to be paleo/keto... but I had a huge kitchen back then. Annnnyyyyyhow... peace out for now!

I'm not a "sweets person" per se, so my loads are always with lots of nuts, fatty beef, cheese, and heavy cream. My only carb vices for loading are potato chips, french fries or home fries, and a "gigantic croissant" for breakfast on a sandwich with ham, bacon, and cheese.

Good ideas for loading foods that sound really tasty, love the croissant with ham, bacon and cheese. Never think of that. Even a grilled cheese sandwich with butter on bread is an idea.

Yes, I butter and grill the croissant, and also fry the ham in butter mixed with leftover bacon grease. it's a fatty gooey mess, but boy is it good!!!! I've never been hungry a single day on any of my rounds, and attribute it to all that fat I eat on loading days. One of my guilty pleasures on my last load which was over a year ago was homemade macadamia/cashew butter - OMG - Truly GOOD!!
