    I am through menopause, thankfully!

up .4.... if I had not done this prior, this could be bothersome. I had pollock again last night... my body (blood type) requires red meat... I know this. I bought fish (pollock) in an attempt to have variety, but today it will be back to beef. The side-view still motivating!

Just be- you could still IF and eat 8oz of protein at your meal. Strong is right, you need more Protein or else any additional weight you might be losing from the IF will be from muscle, which you don’t want.

All suggestions are appreciated. I listen to my body... and am just kinda listing my numbers here for my own accountability. Although this is a new round... this is not my first experience... I did deep dive research, and studied nutritional needs, and I adjust accordingly for my journey. The journal I no longer have access to I should have printed. It was a book! I am known to be a rebel tho, thanks all for the advice and concern. Happy losing all!

if you have a link to your old journal, you might be able to recover it through the WayBack machine

    https://web.archive.org/

Entering a URL will pull up a calendar marked with the instances that page was randomly scanned and archived. You can often pull up other pages once you find the first one from the archived page itself. You can also submit current URLs for the Wayback Machine to save.

Not all pages have been archived, but a great many have and its possible you could recover some of your journal.

I find I use this resource a lot for old recipes from blogs that no longer exist or other favorite pages that have been deleted. Good ol' Wayback often has them cached for me.

I did locate the old forum, thank you!!! It did not seem to capture my May - July 2011 journal, however... It's ok... I really need to stay out of my past!

Down 1.2 - back to 1/4 beef yesterday. No salad/veggies, I had my fruit and breadstix. I have to cook the remaining asparagus, so kinda like testing with the babies... I will stay with beef today... add asparagus, and see if that is also a no go for me. I am not one that can do cabbage... it makes me gain. Which kinda sux, cuz I do like me some cabbage, I make a fab (stevia) sweet balsamic vinegar slaw... but that is a rarity to have even in P3 and beyond. Rock your day, all!

I had cabbage several times this week, maybe that is why I didn't hold on to that 1.8 loss one day. Had the rest of it for my veggie for lunch, hope it doesn't show up tomorrow. Interesting. You mind sharing receipe for your sweet balsamic vinegar slaw?

I remember ten years ago, I was not alone in cabbage causing gain. It truly leaves me sad! lol For the slaw... I take a standard bag'o-slaw... shred or dice apples... add balsamic and stevia (to taste) and chill overnight. I top with sunflower seeds when serving. It is great on porky-chops and chicken. I would also just eat a side dish as a snack, usually with a dash of cinnamon. The 'original' recipe called for apple cider vinegar... I tend to have a preference for the balsamic, but I have made it both ways. The apple cider version is amazing on a pulled pork sammie!! I have left out the apples, reduced the sweetness a tad, and served it over a burger with swiss.

Could have sworn I already posted this.... ahhhh.... the art of growing older. Anyhow:

Zero loss, zero gain. At this point, I conclude it is the asparagus. Yesterday was a beef and asparagus day. No more asparagus, and will hold off on the pollock also...until I can cook them both drowned in Irish butter!

You did, but you put it on Cdkifelice's new thread. I'll delete the duplicate for you.
