    Low blood pressure

Normally my blood pressure range is 125/80, but an hour after dinner I took my blood pressure and it was 104/68. Is it common to have low blood pressure during phase 2? What can I do to bring up my blood pressure to a normal level?

Yes, your blood pressure can be lower than it normally is in P2. But 104/68 is not a problematic number. Its close to what a lot of doctors use as a target BP for their patients (110/70). Unless you are having unusual dizzyness, light-headedness, nausea or fatigue, you don't need to do anything about it.

If you start to experience any of those symptoms, you can usually bring your blood pressure up by adding some salt to your water throughout the day.

Please note that any suggestions I make are based on the Original Protocol.

My recent HCG round was with DietDoc. Our site owner has generously arranged for me to earn a small fee if you use my DietDoc or Nu Image Medical link to order your Hcg and supplies. Should I take a glass of water with one teaspoon of pink salt? If so would it cause me to have diarrhea or any kidney issues? I ever hearing somewhere that you don't drink sea water since it's salted. If you do then you'll end up with constant diarrhea.

Use pink salt or mineral salt. 1/4 tsp a couple times through the day, or once with 1/2 tsp.

Its not going to have any side effects other than increasing your water/blood volume slightly, thereby mildly increasing your blood pressure.

But as I mentioned, unless you are having symptoms of low blood pressure, its not necessary.

Well I just started to feel a little fatigued, drowsy, and sleepy.
