    Newbie - correct dosage?

Hi - I'm a newbie, I'm doing doctor prescribed drops and not getting support from the clinic. I am losing very slowly and I'm hungry a lot of the time (morning AND night). I have no idea of my IU dosage (taking in 1ml dose morning and night). My stomach is actually growling and I'm on Day 12. I stalled completely for three days (D3/4/5) and was told to drop the apple and orange and only eat protein, 100g at a time and whenever I was hungry - lost 500g on D6 and 7. Then only 200g drops per day since and the hunger hasn't stopped. I've stopped the fruit and am having two egg whites at a time instead....
Could my dose be wrong or is this normal? I don't have as much to lose as others, possibly...
    Kind thanks for any help!

If you are hungry and losses are poor, it is a signal your dose is off. Likely too high.

You need to find out from your doctor what your dose is, as there is no way to tell without knowing what ratio was used to mix it.

Chances are, they have you on a very high dose, but you need to check before changing anything. If you adjust in the wrong direction, it can take a week or more to get things figured out correctly.

Skip your doses tomorrow. Pay attention to how you feel after 4pm and into the evening. (how you feel before that does not matter). Report back with that information and what dose you have been taking (in iu's) and then we can help you adjust.

    Will do - thanks!

    Thanks for the reply.

I'm going to call the clinic once more and try to get the info but that's great advice, thank you!

It's important to get on track quickly with the right dose, because you want to be losing the right kind of fat.

I'm sure they will respond to your request. It does no good to change your food around if your dose is wrong. But sadly, many doctors and clinics have no idea how to personalize your dose. I had a doctor who never changed doses for anyone.
