I'm glad you are feeling better this morning. But how you feel throughout the day does not matter in regards to diagnosing dose issues. It only matters how you feel in the early evening. If you report back in after dinner (say 6-8pm your time) we should be able to figure it out.
Through out the afternoon I didn't really feel hungry. When it was 5pm I decided to eat 1 cup of bell peppers, and a handful of strawberries as a snack. I started to make dinner around 6:15pm. I had catfish and 2 cups of cucumbers for dinner. Whenever I started to eat the cucumbers I felt my hunger increase. I felt that I needed to eat more fish in order to feel full. Right after dinner I still felt mild to at moments moderate hunger. It's like I can't get that satisfaction, fullness feeling the day before that I started the VLC diet. Later I went outside to check the oil in my van. I felt a little weak, and got easily tired, but not as tired as I got back in Sunday when I was working at Whataburger.

I'm constantly feeling mild hunger. There are times that I have hunger pangs/pains.

As of now right before I'm going to sleep I still feel mild hunger.

So should I increase the hCG dosage to 150 IU?

It sounds like you need to increase your dose tomorrow since hunger increased in the evening. Yes, increase your dose to 150iu. Let's see how you do on that for the next few days. You need to be on the new dose for at least 3 days before you can make another change, but hopefully this will take care of the hunger/weakness problems for you.

If you are concerned you won't have quite enough HCG to increase to 150iu, you can try 135iu or 140iu instead. It may be enough to take care of your issues. Just pick one and stay with it for the next 3 days.

So far I don't have any thyroid problems. As for my adrenals probably I don't have any problems not that I know of. Yesterday I emailed the following to the clinic "Hello,

Do you guys increase the hCG dosage to 150 depending on what the patient feels?

    Regards,".
This person responded back by saying:"Less is more with the hCG IU. If we give you too much it will lessen the weight loss."

Anyhow, this morning I weighed 201.8lbs and injected myself with 150IU of hCG. During this morning I've felt that my hunger increases then decreases within a few minutes.

I'm actually pretty impressed that they understand that. It is generally the case.

However, there are those that have hunger issues that do need a dose increase even higher that what you are taking. (Although lowering dose is the more common remedy.) 150iu is a very normal starting dose. If the adjustment is correct, you should feel pretty good by tomorrow, maybe even later today.

Losses are usually best in week one and slow down in week 2. Sometimes there are even no-loss days in week two as your body catches up to the big week 1 losses. I'm noting this because when that happens, I don't want you to think that you made a mistake raising your dose.

As of today this morning I weigh 200.6lbs. I just hope that I'll end up losing at least in total of 40 pounds within the 6 week period of phase 2 hCG protocol. I've slept almost 8 hours and feel good as of now just I did on Tuesday morning. Yesterday I had such a strong craving for salty foods & snack such as pretzels, spaghetti, French bread, patty melt etc.

Good sleep is really important to weight loss so thats great that you slept well, and you continue to lose. I'm glad to hear you are feeling good as well. It appear the dose change was needed.

Most women do not lose 40 pounds in the 6 week round. Most women will lose 20-25 pounds, or an average daily loss of about .5 pounds. If you can lose more than that, great. But you are not supposed to lose more than 34 pounds, or a maximum of 40 pounds if you are more than 100 pounds overweight.

The reason for the limit is that HCG makes your body work hard, and it needs a rest from losing. Additionally, your skin needs time to catch up to the weight loss. You don't want to be dealing with a bunch of saggy skin after all your hard work, so its important not to lose more in a round than the maximum allowed.

There is a little trick you can use for the occasional craving. Let a little glutamine powder dissolve under the tongue. (1/8 tsp is plenty) It usually stops cravings in about 10 minutes.

If you are constantly getting cravings, then that could be a dose problem.

Don't be discouraged if the weight loss slows in the second and third week. That is normal and it will pick up again. You may even have a string of days in a row where you don't lose. This happens because your body needs to equalize your water stores after the quick fat loss.

This morning I weighed 200.0lbs. Just like you said that some days I'll lose little or no weight, then all of the sudden I start to lose at least a pound each day. Yesterday I had my appointment at the hCG clinic. I was discouraged to hear that they said I gained a pound after weighing me in this machine. The machine stated the last time that I was 6'0ft tall when in fat I'm 5'10ft tall. The person who took my weigh said that the most that I can lose is 16 pounds of pure fat by at the end of the 6 weeks on the hCG phase. So does that mean I'll end up weighing 184lbs at the end of the hCG phase?

I don't know anything about their machine. What I know is that you will lose an average of .5 pound a day for your round (some will lose a little more, some a little less), and that most of it will be fat. There may be some additional loss because of the way your body evens out its water stores, and there may be a small amount of muscle loss, but nothing significant. All of that adds up to your total weight loss.

I'm not sure where they get the 16 pounds of fat figure, but that is probably a pretty good number for a normal long round where someone might lose around 20 pounds. What your final weight will be can't really be predicted at this point, but there is a chance you could hit the 184 pound mark. That would be a 30 pound net loss and a more than excellent result.

At 5'10" you should be looking pretty good at that weight. Loss from HCG looks different than loss from conventional dieting, and then even more reshaping happens in P3. After P3, you may find you feel good at a higher weight than you expected.

Today I woke up and weighed 198.8lbs. I went to work today feeling well. Unlike more than a week ago on my 3rd and 4th day of hCG I felt weak, tired, sleepy and hungry. I felt well on Thursday when I went to the clinic that I didn't need another vitamin B12 shot.
