  • P2 Baked Radish Chips

    These are YUM!

    1 cup thinly sliced sliced radishes
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    1/2 tsp paprika

    Directions:
    Steam radishes in microwave for about 5 minutes.
    Put in bowl with spices and toss to coat
    Place on non-stick cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes, flip and bake another 10 minutes
    Makes 1 serving - 23 calories

    Cooking time may vary depending on how thick/thin your slices are
    Round One
    11/24/11 Pre-Load Weight = 138.4
    11/26/11 Post Load Weight = 140.8
    VLCD Week 1 - 12/02 = 134 (-6.8 lbs)

    Going low carb until the new year, see you all after the 1st
    Low Carb Week 1 - 12/09 = 132 (-2 lbs)

        No, the credit goes to someone out there in cyber land. I actually would make these back when I was doing South Beach Diet, and it occurred to me today that I can have these on phase 2. Hope you guys like em

          Made these and they were good.... BUT... DO NOT ADD SALT. I added a little salt and they were WAY to salty tasting.

          I will make these again.
