  • Yogurt in P4?

Hi everyone, this is my 4th day on p4 pretty much the same as p3, but did want to try some yogurt. Which would be the best yogurt to have? I don't want to do too many sugars or starches this round since I am going to do another round after p4.

I totally LOVE Fage - I get either the 2% or full fat (Total), then add cinnamon, vanilla, and sweetner. I could literally live on the stuff!

I love The Greek Gods Traditional Plain Yogurt. It's full fat and wonderful. I put in a little SweetLeaf Vanilla Creme liquid Stevia and raspberries. It's awesome!

Love Fage. You haven't had any yogurt yet? Most of us add it right away in P3.

Thanks you guys, nope no yogurt yet, trying not to do too much sugar, until after my 2nd round is over, which I start on August 13. But I will try both these yogurts, since I have been craving something sweet lately. I have had honeydew melon and blueberries, but wanted something different.

Yogurt doesn't have sugar if it's plain. That's why we add it in right away. So you can have it with no problem!

Oh no wonder, I was looking at all the flavor yogurts like my favorite key lime pie! so go for the plain yogurtand just add the flavo, thanks again

Right! That's easy and it's healthier. Doesn't have corn syrup that way.

I have a HUGE assortment of extracts, too. I just double check the ingrediants and make sure they don't contain sugars (vanilla had corn syrup for gosh sakes!). So I can always get adventurous if I want
