  • July graduates in P3

    So, I didn't see a thread for P3 for the July loaders, so I started this one. I hope everyone chimes in. I would love to keep track of everyone.

    My P3 officially starts tomorrow. I'm already adding in peanuts and salad dressing, tho. I did that the last three rounds and it worked fine.

          Hey there.. I'm here too. Glad you posted where you were scully. White wine doesn't agree with me, so depending on tomorrow morning... Steak day coming up. I am looking forward to working out in the am. Being new into P3, sure am hoping it goes well. Kitty, only GOOD wishes for you! See you tomorrow

              Hello there - always a happy Thursday! Hubby coming home! YAHOO! Down today. Thank goodness. Only up half a pound, onward and upward. ( ok, hopefully not upward). Haha. Hope it is the great day! Looking forward to hearing everyone's day!

                Okay Finally!

                P3D1:

                Still below LIW this morning. I made a mixed salad for lunch with shredded cheese and grilled chicken thighs. I topped it off with some ranch dressing.

                I had 3 pieces of bacon for breakfast. I didn't have any trouble with it the last time I was in P3.

                The first few days of P3 are nerve-racking for me. I have a hard time believing that I won't gain. I did well last time, so it isn't as bad as the first round. I have more confidence. Hopefully that won't come back and kill me on the scale.

                  Good luck, Scott! P3 is nervewracking. I stayed within 4-5 lbs of LIW the whole time (until the week before my new round), but it was a constant battle of CDs. I expect the same this time. Your salad sounds yummy!

                  Kitty, how are you doing today????

                  Lisa, white wine, as long as it's dry and not a sweet one, is okay for me. Usually. Never say never!

                  I had an omelet this morning, my first real day of P3. I did have some cheese on a fatty plain burger (no bun, of course), last night. Still doing good weight wise. I tend to prefer to do CDs right before the weekend, to drop a little before having more wine, etc, on the weekend. But not an option this week with P3 starting today. I'll just keep it very low-carb/high protein.

                  My five year old son started kindergarten today. Such a huge deal. Sad and excited for him all at the same time.

                    AFM, I'm down 1.6 from my SD...so, TMI (sorry scott) I weighed first thing, 135...10 minutes later, I finally "went" 134..I'm keeping the 134 as I figure thats my true weight..yes?
                    May I post what I'm eating today?

                    2 chicken thighs, 1 avocado, 2 boiled eggs in sf mayo, blueberries, salad, w. cream in my coffee..then dinner I dont know. Does that seem okay? Sheesh...I hope so!!

                      lisa, no, I'm fine weight wise right now, within 2 lbs of LIW, not a problem. I meant that last time I had trouble stabilizing, had to do a lot of CDs. I'm thinking that might happen again this time. But I can handle it.

                      your food sounds great to me!!! I would count the 134, too.

                      I had a cheese omelet with grilled peppers and onions this morning, and two slices of bacon and a little sausage. Then I'm having leftover hamburgers with cheese for lunch, some raspberries, and then for dinner a big grilled chicken salad with blue cheese dressing from Zaxby's.

                        Kitty - sounds yummy! I wonder if I can sugar free creamer (hazelnut is my FAVORITE). Haven't had it since Feb. last P3 I had the same breakfast, egg whites with cheese. Bacon every once in a while. Am going to try oppsie bread this time. Really am missing the bread. Have a good night -

                          Ya, scully-best to count the lower! You had a good food day and lost! Fantastic

                          You can try Lisa..it may have corn starch and soy bean oil..which aren't the greatest-but you may be okay! I never made oopsie, but I made almond buns which are SO good!!

                            Lol, don't worry about me. Y'all talk all the BM talk you want. It doesn't bother me. I'm not grossed out or anything. It's just funny to see a bunch of chicks talking poop, lol. My "output" slows way down when I am on this diet, but it doesn't concern me. I just figure that because we are eating so little food that there's just not much of it. I tease my wife all the time about it. When we first got married, I swear she would only go about once every 4 days or so. I can eat a handful of nothing and go twice. Of course her response to me was that I am apparently full of "it".

                            Congrats on unloading, lol.
