    they are not on the original Protocol.

    Some people have tried them.. some feel they are safe with them. others feel one or the other may stall them or slow their losses.

      I have so many good recipes from my low carb days that have cauliflower... I think I am going to risk it this round. I'll update everyone with my progress or lack thereof.

        While not on the original protocol, they were on the list of veggies I was given with my drops last round.
        I didn't have any problems with either. (I also ate yellow squash -also on the list I was given- with no problems.)

        I'll love to hear how you do with the cauliflower!

          This morning I was still down a pound from the day before. I finished the Mexican "rice" leftovers today, so if I am down again in the morning I should be good.

              this is my first round on hcg from allday chemist. i am on day 9 of VLCD and my fiance and i have been using primarily cauliflower and broccoli for our meals. we have both seen about a 10 lb loss over the last 9 days. so i would say that both are working for us just fine so far. his cousin used releana from her physician, she lost 35 lbs on her journey using a protocol that allowed 2 cans of diet soda daily, broccoli, cauliflower, and radishes, among the other items allowed and general instructions that mirror simeons protocol. we are sticking to the protocol strictly, the only exceptions being broccoli and cauliflower, and i am experimenting with the diet soda (it helps a ton with caffiene withdrawal headaches). no problems for either of us so far.

                I eat both, but have not had either on Protocol. I eat loads of spinach and cabbage.
