    We are in week 1 of phase 3 and are planning our Sunday.

    Any recipes you can suggest that will not do more than push the envelope a little are very welcome.

    I am hosting which is working in my benefit! I will be on day 5 of phase 3 on Sunday... We are having a taco bar so everything is allowed :ground beef, shredded chicken, lettuce,tomato, sour cream, salsa (from scratch), queso (from scratch), onion, olives, cheese, guacamole (from scratch). The only real pass will be tortillas and chips- having those there for others but not for me. Making a pitcher of ice tea and lemonade with stevia. Guests are bringing their favorite beverage (alcohol included) and desserts. I plan to make some crack ahead of time and all should be good!

      You can make your own wings and use marie's blue cheese dressing.

        use cucmbers for crackers for dips and cheese. I put an almond flour scone recipe on another thread...with unsweetened bakers' chocolate, they certainly hit the sweet spot. Enjoy

          Beth was just talking about almond flour. Does it work for a breading on (say) chicken fingers?

            I'm depressed now. I was just posting on the P2 sub-forum about food for a Super Bowl party. Y'all get cheese. WAAAA!!

            Although I could do cucumbers as crackers (that was a smart idea, farloca), but what would I put on them? I am trying cottage cheese for the first time today, and if it doesn't cause me to stall, then I wonder if I could make a tomato-cottage cheese puree scoopable spread?
