Hey guys, I'm totally new to this forum. I'm currently in a round that'll be anywhere from 24-30 days. I hope to lose anywhere from 15-25 pounds or better. It's hard for me to really gauge what my goal will be considering I plan on gaining muscle at the same time. But I'm super excited because I have the mechanics pretty down to a science for my body and I don't plan on cheating horribly even once. Well, yesterday I cheated with 4-5 oz of macadamia nuts, and gained .6 for it, haha, but that's the last time. Scouts honor!
