a "group" to help my mom without her getting overwhelmed or lost in all the craziness of the main thread...and those Turkeys!! This is a invite only group. Sorry, but unless you're a Turkey that I know very well I won't accept your invitation to join us. There is a reason we created a group. It's supposed to be very private so the people we are helping get our direct advice asap.

100+ pounds to lose, Here for the long haul
I started R1 VLCD on April 26th and have lost 17 lbs to date. I have between 110-120 pounds to lose, so any of the newbies that need to lose 100 or more feel free to join me. I'm looking to make new friends to share encouragement, recipes, idea, and basically make this as painless as possible.
