2012...Support for a New Year on P2
Support is very necessary no matter what we do. I have been overweight most of my childhood and all of my adult life. In the past 4 years I got married to a wonderful man and have had 3 children. With my 1st(son) I gained over 90 lbs and I just spiraled out of control and I have been unable to find a solution. It seems I have found my solution. Shall we support one another and make 2012 a lighter year?

We all became over weight for some reason. This group should be a place to come a talk about the causes and examine the solutions. Dr. S notes these briefly in P&I, let's expound on those and come together and help each other. Kinda like group therapy!
