I started R1 VLCD on April 26th and have lost 17 lbs to date. I have between 110-120 pounds to lose, so any of the newbies that need to lose 100 or more feel free to join me. I'm looking to make new friends to share encouragement, recipes, idea, and basically make this as painless as possible.
