    After a very successful break from HCG, I left P3/P4 8lbs below my last drop weight, only to pick up 4+ lbs during loading! That irritated me, because on my first round I lost 4.2lbs during loading! I think that since I was careful about my amount of carbs, that it worked out that way. I stuck to meats mostly (with a few chili dogs thrown in for good measure). Since I am already in ketosis (burn fat for energy, not sugar), thanks to Paleo, I think I just loaded and ate too much (go figure!).

    I am hoping that since I already burn fat for energy, and am on a "no fat" diet (P2), I might lose a bit slower, but more steady. I would rather drop .5 lbs daily, then just stall. We'll see, since this is only my second round.

    After 2 days VLC, I have lost my load weight plus 1.2 lbs besides! At 254, I am in uncharted territory. I am hoping to get into the 40's by the end of my week (my weeks are 10 days long, just easier to do the math).

    Reading your entries has given me hope. I am new to the hcg... I have been on it now for 16 days..25lbs lost.. I am really excited and scared at the same time. I found this group and thought it would be good to have people to talk to. So I will be checking in from time to time to see how everyone is doing...

    Hey Mami! Welcome! Just keep remembering these excellent results! I lost great on my first round too! With that first 25 lbs lost, you are just a stones throw from 30, then 40...! Today I sit at 74.2 lbs lost, finally making it to 250! It works if you stick with protocol (no matter how boring the food gets, LOL). Don't get discouraged when your losses slow (or worse, stall), they will start up again. You won't see the same big numbers, but even .5 is another 1/2 lbs GONE!
    Do make sure you develop an eating plan for after your HCG. I personally went Paleo, which is very similar to protocol eating. I haven't had bread/sweets since January, and frankly, I don't want them ('cuz they make me FAT!). Do some research and find an eating plan that's going to work best for you.

    I made it! I am officially into the 40s!!
    75.2 lbs lost! Freaking awesome!
    Now I am just 10 lbs away from the 30's. And, although, I don't put much stock in BMI, I have left Morbidly Obese in the dust, and am just Obese, now I am 7 points from just Overweight! Stupid, I know, but it's what I got! Any goal is a goal to shoot for.
    *I don't put a lot of stock in the BMI scale because the actor Tom Cruise is considered Obese, as if!
    Never doubt what you can accomplish with effort and mindset. Want it, it will be yours!
