I'm new here...need help with diet plan

    Hi all,

    Counting the loading days, I am on day 7. I have a question...I'm sure this has been asked a zillion times before and many may have different opinions, but I am wondering if any of you deviated from the meal plan and still lost weight? I hate seafood, so that relegates me to only beef or chicken and I am thoroughly bored with this menu. As long as I stick to the 500 calories, can I ever have other things...such as yogurt, etc.? Is the calorie amount the main thing, or does it have to be the exact foods listed on Dr. Simeons' plan?

    Well I am also new but I was told that you aren't suppose to deviate from what the recommend foods are. It's more than just the 500 calories, its the combination of foods.
