    my understanding is that you will not stabilize. I have never wanted to try it. P2 is where i do teh work P3 and 4 is where i rest

    I read that if you lose weight while you're NOT taking hcg, then you're only losing normal fat (and possibly muscle) and not the abnormal fat.
