I am down from 202.5 (206 at my highest).....to 195! I am 37 yr old female and am 6.1' (I know....very tall). My goal is 165. I am feeling so excited and so motivated. I am so thankful for this community. Looking at everyone's success is so motivating to me. We can do this! One day at a time)
