    Hi! I'm Rachel. I started my HCG diet on 1/22 and have lost 5 lbs so far! YAY!!! This diet may prove to be difficult for me here in about 2 weeks because I am going to school to be a massage therapist and the protocol states no massage of any sort... hmmmm don't know how I'm going to deal with that one yet.

    Hello, Celena. I started the my HCG diet on 1/25 and I have lost about 8 lbs so far, but it has been very hard to stick to. I mean I love sugar, a little piece of candy here or there... Could that hurt?

    NO SUGAR OR STARCH! It will HURT your results. You are trying to re-set your metabolism with this diet. I know it's hard, if it was easy anyone could do it! You can do this celenag!
