Posting Instructions: List your daily stats in this thread, but don't add comments, or anything else. Just post the daily weigh in, etc. Then, each day EDIT your original post w/day & date; then add the new weight info. It really helps to keep it short & sweet; plus you don't have to re-copy everyday. Just add a new line. Hope that makes sense. It's also a great way to stay accountable.
