Hi everyone I am new to the forum and starting loading today. Using HCG drops. Anybody else starting loading on Nov 13th? I am still a bit confused but I understand that loading while taking HCG drops right? Any thoughts or help much appreciated.
im sure you already found the answer but: first two day you take your drops and load, then depending on your round length (26 or 40) you will do the vlcd and drops for 21 days & 36 days respectively, then 2 days without drops but with vlcd, does that make sense? total drop days are 23 & 38 respectively.
Hi zozo1013! I also started loading on Nov. 13th but I am taking injections. This is my VLCD3 and I have lost 6 lbs. I am so excited. How are you doing?
How are all of you doing? I am so pumped to begin loading next Monday! Just trying to follow protocol and doing the 6 weeks between rounds. Interested to know your results of the past week. Have a great day!
