I'm sure this is covered elsewhere in the forums but I think that being over 50 has it's own unique take on this. After all our bodies are in a completely different state of health than say a 20, 30 or even 40 year old person. So I'm wondering what types of vitamins/supplements should we be taking in conjunction with this HCG. What's good and what's not? Other than my prescribed meds I am not taking anything. I feel like I should be. Any advice?
