I LOVE CHICKEN! But, I am HORRIBLE at cooking it.
Can I please have some suggestions?
I am only 19...so I need some major experience in the cooking department
I'm going to have to learn how to cook on this diet, and I'm looking forward to it.

So, do you use the oven, stove, crockpot...?
Do you have to defrost the chicken? Do you cut up the chicken ahead of time and store them in baggies?

I'm sorry for all the questions!
Please just give me some basics on how to make sure the chicken isn't pink in the middle!

Grilling is the BEST way to go! Always grill straight from the fridge! Don't let it get to room temp! You can use any of your favorite dry seasonings! I use garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. If you don't have a grill invest in a small one!

I brine my chicken breast before cooking. You can do it for the whole week and then put it in a bag with spices and keep in the fridge/freezor. Chicken breast comes out dry off the grill and if you brine it in salty water , it's always juicy.
Here is a link I googles if anyone interested: http://whatscookingamerica.net/Poult...ingPoultry.htm
I use only 1 kind of salt and it comes out just great.

Try marinating chicken breast in Braggs aminoes (alternative soy sauce found in any health market) along with minced garlic. Juicy and delicious!
