HEIGHT 5'3 GOAL WEIGHT 115 I started out using one scale and it began to give me different readings ie: I'd get on and it would say 133.2 and then I would get back on and it would say 132.4. I switched to my husband's shipping scale and from that point forward my readings are in .5 increments. Although I have had some "stalls" I have chosen not to do any apple days because Simeons said that is mostly for mental well being. I feel like my weight loss has picked up in speed within the last few days. I hope to meet my goal and stabilize between 115 and 118. I look forward to P3 and to getting back into my weightlifting and yoga routines! Started the diet in Sept. It's now end of the year, 12.26. As of this morning, I am 108.6 -- which is terrific given all the feasting (5 full plate helpings of holiday meal + uber-rich dessert.) Since P3D11 entry, I decided to do another week of HCG injections at the beg of Oct.--sometimes referred as "cycling". My total # of injections was 28 (21 shots + 7 added). The last week of injections brought me down to 108. While I have fluxed up and down depending on how much I splurge, overall, I've maintained! It's absolutely mind-blowing that--so far--I've been able to return to 108 with surprisingly little effort, especially when compared with the rigors of P2 VLCD!! Hope this is helpful!!!!
