    Good day all. I started phase 2 today.. Not to bad so far. Let me start with giving a little background. I am in the Navy stationed in Sicily, Italy. I've been in for just over 7 years and have been struggling with my weight since the beginning. I have a wife and 4 beautiful little girls (yes with the same person). I am 73 inches tall and 243lbs which is a bit much. I have hypothyroid which doesn't help either along with lower spine issues. I have been really trying to lose the weight, but, not having a easy time doing it. A couple of our friends here introduced me to this and after seeing how they did, I am now trying it too! Ill keep posting some weight updates as I do this program by the book!! Also, it seems like I am one of the only guys doing this?? I don't see too many male gender people doing this.

    Hey :hey hun - I've just started day 1 of loading - I have such high expectations and South to lose that I hope I don't sabotage myself - I too have struggled forever and it feels like this is my last hope so fingers x'd I'm strong enough to do this wishing u luck on ur journey as well sweets xx💕
