    Hi All,

    I am on day 2 of phase 2. I am doing good so far, but am a little nervous about the days to come. I will share my story...
    I have always been a little bigger, not a lot and there were many times when I should have accepted my body as it was and loved and appreciated myself because I would do anything to be back there now! I am 23 years old at the end of this month and have spent the better part of my adolescence dieting. I have successfully lost and gained hundreds of pounds. This past year has been the most trying for me. I was in an abusive relationship with someone who did not accept me or my body, even though I was absolutely fine the way I was. I developed an eating disorder and was down to 120 lbs, which was too small for my 5'5 curvy frame. At my lowest weight I still did not accept myself and ended up having to go on antidepressants. I was on them for a year and in that year gained 80 lbs. Maybe some from the meds themselves, but mostly I just ate, I was desensitized and didn't care what I ate. I am now at my heaviest weight of 200 lbs. I have come off of the antidepressants, and am doing acupuncture as well as yoga, I have also gone through a lot of therapy and am happily single. The only thing I can't seem to get under control is my weight, I am happy but lack confidence and feel like I am living in someone elses body as this weight came on fairly quickly, and is such a drastic change from where I was last year. More than anything I just need to see some results to motivate myself and get some weight off so I feel healthier and actually want to exercise again. I am determined to stay healthy mentally but really need support and for the first time in my life I am reaching out for it. I look forward to hearing some stories from others on here, and being support for you as well.

    Hey everyone,

    i am on day 11 of Phase 2. I started 8/21/2012 at 264.5 Today i am at 250. So i have lost 14.5lbs. I was loosing 2 lbs a day. On the 29th i weighed in at 249. And today i have gained a pound. i have not changed nothing about my diet. i am following the rules to a T! i am drinking a gallon of water a day. and even working out 3 days a week for 45 mins......does anyone know why I have gained that pound?

    Hi my name is Jane. I stated p2 4 days ago. Started at 207 and my goal is 150. I am down 6.10 oz.

    But, i am hungry. I need to get my dosage right. I am on hcg injections and seeing a dr. But, I don't have much faith in her. I think she basically takes your money and hands you filled syringes.

    I am hoping to have a few friends to bounce things off of. Hope you have a great day and an easy time on it.

    Hi Nicole, you re doing all the right things. Acupuncture should really help with boosting your endorphins. It has worked for me. Good luck this week. You will see results if you stick to protocol.
