Hey everybody, I'm JoAnn, just joining group for encouragement.

    The program I'm doing starts off with a week of detox, I'm on day 4. My fat loading days will be Saturday and Easter Sunday. I'm kinda glad I'm doing the detox because its helping get use to drinking so much water. My goal is 100 lbs. I've got a long ways to go, but I'm ready to get rid of it.

    Hi JoAnn...I'm new to the group too. Welcome : ) I started my HCG on April 2nd by injections. My goal is to loose a total of 37 pounds and see where i want to go from there. I didnt do a detox before I started but I was already used to drinking water. I am still adapting to eating the foods because I ate so unhealthy before. I am down 10 pounds and have stalled and gained a pound back for some reason? reading everyones posts on here have helped me see that this happens sometimes. i'm gonna stick with it and see where it takes me.     Hey JoAnn, I also have a total or 100 to loose, i'm down 18.6 on vlcd 3, and this forum and chat is a really awesome place to come for advice and reassurance, and what not. Good luck!

    ValerieJanel, I am so encouraged by your sharing. Your story is so freakin close to mine, I could very nearly cut and paste it as my own.
    Gaining back a pound is flippin discouraging to say the least. I am blaming this past Sunday's sacramental bread for the increase. Man, Dr S wasn't just kiddin when he said that the slightest variance would reap havoc. *sigh* I will see if I can arrange to sly a little melba toast to the priests next Sunday LOL (seriously). TOM is also playing a role in my life right now (oh joy). That may be reason for the recent lag I've had in my reduction too. I'm hoping for a quick departure so that I can hopefully GET BACK TO THE AWESOME!

    I started my diet on the 28th of March. Monday was three weeks, and I was only able to lose 16.4 pounds in three weeks. I realized my issue is not drinking a lot of water.. I have lived on coffee and junk food my whole life. The bonus to this diet is that I was able to put on a pair of jeans this morning that has hung in my closet for 2 years. Never thought I would see a size 9 again. Anyone have any advise on how much water I should drink? I have been forcing myself to drink at least six 16.9 oz bottles a day..Everyone tells me water does not have a taste, but I think it tastes nasty.. I hope everyone is doing ok on this diet.

    I also need to lose about 100 pounds, I just finished my R1P2 on Saturday lost a total of 30 lbs.. So Happy I am on P3 now and so far so good, I am hoping to keep losing, I know it is not right but I statred cardio again, and I am going to do another round in May without doing P4 Time will go fast good luck everyone!!!
