Exersise During Phase 3

    I am R1P3D9 - 22 lbs lost! I did a yoga class on Monday and Tuesday scale said I had gained THREE pounds! I did a steak day... grrrr and it was back down on Wednesday. Does anyone have any advice on how I can do Yoga and avoid the steak day????
