What's the best way to make up calories?

    Hello guys,

    I'm in my first week of P2.... I am losing but I want the scale to budge just a little more! I'm drinking tons of water and tea. I just calculated my calories and I'm somewhere between 300-400 a day. Where can I get the rest? Is it allowable to add another protien? Or must it be veggies? If it is veggies can it be a third type, or just more of the 2 I'd be eating for the day? This is so much hard work, I want to get the best results I can.
