I started exercising on July 1. I am doing the WAVE program by the firm...anyone else exercise. I seem to be really hungry these few days, hope it passes.
I worked out for 20 minutes only the other day and yesterday was one of the hardest days of the diet. I didn't amp up on protein which was a huge mistake. I personally love working out but I cant for too long now and I have to make sure to have more protein!
