    Hi Shauna,
    Wow, I haven't been back on my post since day 1. Guess I've been too busy looking for phase 3 recipes because I'm going to kill it ) I'm down 8 pounds as of today (Day 6 of Phase 2) although, I haven't figured out how to edit my ticker... The first 2 days were rough, but honestly, I haven't even been that hungry. I just need to fine tune it because I'm already noticing errors I'm making that I'm sure will really mess me up. Like today, I skipped on my veggie at lunch and yesterday I got a cucumber and crab no rice sushi roll, which I figured out I'm not supposed to have seaweed or imitiation crab..that's probably why I only lost .6 of a pound today. I'm confused on Thanksgiving and I'm not sure if I should end Phase 2 early for few days stabalization before Tgiving, is supposed to start ON THANKSGIVING. Now that I know people actually responded to my post, I'll have to get on here more often. Hopefully you've been surviving and staying strong! TTYL, Wendy

    Glad I could be a source of encouragement. Glad to know your cravings did adjust. I did pretty good yesterday. Had a chicken salad with vingerette dressing for lunch and for dinner I boiled some chicken and had some spinach. Instantly lost 2.2 lbs so I'm definately on the right track. Yes these forums are great. During my first round, I came here everyday for encouragement and ideas. Even when I fell off a bit because it does happen. I mean we are all human so you may wake up one day and say "You know what, I'm over this diet. Fries and a burger for me". You have to understand that one slip up is not the end of the diet. It will hurt you but you just have to get back on track and keep pushing.

    I only have another 17 lbs to go so this round will be pretty short for me. I may be on it for maybe 2 weeks tops. We'll see.
