Good Morning! I am Christine and I have seen you a few times in some threads that I keep up with and I noticed that you, like me, are above your LDW (LIW). I hope I am not intruding by asking, but do you consider yourself stabilized? I think we are both at our goal weights and I wonder if it is more difficult to stabilize there than when you are still in process. My first 2 rounds I stabilized without any trouble. The first week was always up and down, but by week 2 it was even. Now I can't add ANY P3 foods without gaining. I am so afraid for P4! Though, I know that in another few weeks I will add exercise and that may help. It is not that I am unhappy with my results. I don't feel like stabilizing above my LDW would be a bad thing, just that I want to do things right so that I don't KEEP gaining. Does that make sense? So I guess my real question for you is, do you feel stable where you are?
