    I found the last day of loading it difficult to even look at food by the end of the day. Today I think I just want to eat to eat. Every time I think about eating I think of yesterday and realize I'm just used to eating and I'm not actually hungry.
    Goals?
    1. To make it through today and be successful. I think once I realize I CAN do it, it'll make things easier.
    2. This round: To lose ~ 20 lbs.
    3. To become more aware of my eating and my health.
    4. To prepare for future rounds. I have ~ 120 lbs to lose. Having three kids really made me gain a lot, but now that I have my amazing children I have to get in gear.

    How about you?

    I would love some friends to support each other while doing HCG. I start phase 2 vlcd Friday Oct 27. I am so EXCITED!!!!
    I am 5 foot and was always an athlete. Before kids I weighed 105 LBs and pretty much ate what I wanted. That being said I seemed to always choose pretty good and grew up a vegetarian. I eat meat now but it was only a few times a week. I am going to eat it daily while doing this diet. Since having kids i have become hypo-thyroid and I have not lost the last 10-15 lbs. I have done it all! I will loose 2-3 lbs but it then comes right back. I am really hoping to reset my metabolism and get it off for good!
