Well I'm on p3 as of today & I'm on vaca-nothing special more like stay-ca!! My weight is good am trying a slight experiement with stabilizing & so far so good. Well see what happens in the next few days, I'll let ya know! Have a great day!

Thanks for checking on me. Life's just gotten so busy. I am up a little even from adjusted ldw but my size has stayed the same, so maintaining pretty well, even with 3 food filled weekends. How are things going with you?

I have a tremendously gaseous digestive system! I mean I just don't need to <ahem> pass gas, but I have deep down bad painful gas. What I have been taking that has worked for me is "digestive advantage" from walmart $7. I get like 3 packs at a time (I hate walmart!) You can take as many as 3 pills a day if necessary but I have been taking 1 a day & has really helped.

Can you please tell me what gas enzymes are. I am struggling with gas in P4.

I started in June, 2010 at 186. My first round was the best 18 lbs, each round after (except #2) I lost between 10-12 lbs each. But you must remember some rounds stabilization works great some not so great! So you may gain some back (I did!) So here I am at 146 and want to be 135 but expect to stabilize at 140 which is cool with me!

HI! I see that you are on Round 5. Do you mind telling me how much you have lost since you began Round 1? I have 75-85 lbs total weight to lose, have lost 14 so far, tomorrow being the beginning of week 3. Given normal stalls, slows, etc., do you think it is reasonable to expect needing 3 total rounds?
