I am almost 65, I have battled my weight since I have been in my late teens (in fact I did a hcg diet in 1970 at 21 years old). I go thru periods of being thin to just at the point to being over-weight/obese, only to fall off the wagon and balloon up. The times of being thinner have grown shorter and the heaviest kept going higher and higher. Especially after having my two children when I was 40 and 45 my ballon/weight kept gong higher and higher, --a 140 max, then 150's, 160's into the 180's+. I have had more of a difficult time since my 50's to maintain a healthy weight. I have lost while using hcg two times over the last two years only to put it all back. Not hcg's fault- just mine I never seem to get the P3-P4 down. Just go right back to my old bad habits. Ok I am a SLOW learner. So I am about to embark on this again. I am hoping the saying, 3's a charm will be for me. So once I get my supplies I will restart again. And then understand my past relationship with certain food groups that aren't good for me have to part ways.
It doesn't matter how many times you have tried and failed, there is always the last time you tried and succeeded!
