Hello everyone and anyone for advice
I started my P3 today I have lost 23lb so far which i am happy about but here is my question. Today was my first day on P3 and I did feel a little hungry do you think its ok for me to skip the 3 days of no hcg but still on the 500 calorie diet and just skip to P4. Not sure if I am just anxious or my body is not able to handle the 500 calories with out the hcg?
