Well this round has been off to a rough start. I had great losses my first week, but then popped back 3lbs when I got sick with a sinus infection. I am sooo over this brutal winter. I've been reading a lot this round about other HCG methods. Each round has become harder and harder. So I decided to read HCG 2.0. I did all the calculations to determine my BMR. I am allowed 650 calories a day for protein. You don't have to count calories for the vegetables as long as you eat from the recommended
My hubs asked me this am if I was making my yummy buffalo chicken dip. OH S&*t! I have to do a superbowl on HCG!

I managed to lose 10lbs during my R3. I struggled with that round and seemed to lose the same 10lbs over and over again. Now that the holidays and a few months of stability are over, its time to start again. Embarrassingly, I gained back all of my losses during R3.
I am struggling getting started this round. I started and then had to take a break bc of travel to the in-laws. Now I am just getting back to it. My goal is to get back to my final P3 weight with this round. As
Dropped 2lbs since yesterday! I got a 30 min elliptical workout in last night. I know I can't push it too far, but the drop on the scale felt great!

My bottle of HCG took a dive off the counter......so it's been a squirrelly week as I tried to figure out what to do. Got my HCG this morning and am back on the train. Oddly I gained back 2.5lbs during my week and a half without it. I guess it could have been worse. Unfortunately this delay means I won't get in my full round before the beach. I have three weeks to make it count and have revised my goal of 160. I'm at 186.6 today and 21 days left til I need to transition to P3. So I'll take
