Correction days don't give me the amazing 2-4 pound drops that some people say they get but one pound to 1.5 down from one day of effort is wonderful!
I'm trying the FFF day today and sticking to the 35 oz (2 container) with 8 oz of fruit. Hopefully it works. *Fingers Crossed*
I think I'm going to do one correction day every week minimum even if I don't need it just to remind myself to be careful what I eat..... Any one doing this?
