Just wanted to blog about where I am at and where I am soon going to be. I have done two successful rounds losing 40 lbs. I never cheated until my last P4. I didn't cheat but did not slowly add in the carbs and sugars nor did I do P4 totally correctly.However, I ended my last round @ 26 days due to Thanksgiving and my trip during that time. The day we left, I weighed 139 and that was day 1 of P4. The mistake I made was going on vacation and not really caring about P4 and the rules. I ate well
My last blog was before Christmas and I was baking and had company. Went up to 151 and did a steak day yesterday and now am 148.4 and not stopping there. I am P4 and my goal is to get to LDW or below then heading for the 130's with sensible eating, fasting, steak days and just being in the game. If that does not work, doing another round in March. At my LDW of 142, I feel to get to 135 I can manage that through good eating and working out. We shall see. Have to have a goal!

Well, I had the most amazing thing happen and felt I needed to Blog it! I did a steak day yesterday as I had about 1/2 cup of white rice Monday night and went up 2 lbs after losing it on a steak day! So, I did another steak day last night. I did nibble a tad here and there but barely. Had a nice prime clean steak that weighed slightly around a lb but it had a bone and the cut was on the thin side. Had a cortland apple after and today.........Ta Da.....4 lbs G O N E!! I was shocked!! Totally shocked!!
My last blog had me driving to Indiana for the Thanksgiving holiday and I weighed 139.8 lbs! Well, shortly after that, all went a rye. I gained about 8 lbs in several days. It was aweful. Now looking back, I feel it was from not eating enough, not enough protein and then I did have beer and some carbs so that combined with not enough caused some major weight gains. My sister is naturally thin and barely eats. She eats healthy when she does eat but, she can eat two small meals a day with no in between
