    I have a question for you...I saw your posts and you said you were kind of cylcling?? I think that is what I am wanting to do...I just started VLCD yesterday and I wanted to go 23 days and be off and re load on Thanksgiving and go another 23 days until Christmas then do phase 3. Is that ok? All of the info out there on the net is so confusing! Yesterday was tough!! Today is much better..I think I will be ok!! Funny thing was walking through the grocery store this afternoon, I cannot believe there are so many things I haven't ever noticed before!!! I guess that's what hunger will do!!! btw I love your profile pic! Good Luck!
