    Well thats not even thattt bad of a gain from all that u did! Working out....eating wheat etc. Im SURE some of it was from working out. I always wondererd how much we gain from workin out too.... Hmm. But anyways ur doin awesome!! Glad to hear that, keep up the clean eating and have fun gettin ur hair donee!! Love gettin mine done haha. Keep in touch!

    Thank you so much! My round ended pretty good! I got to 131.6 as my ldw, my body just wanted to be done so i let it. I didnt wanna force it lower bc i didnt want that to cause stabalization problems. but i seem to be staying around 135! So thats good ive had my steak days, but have been working out too and have gotten sore, and gained from that. But thats ok working out is never a bad thing to me! So if i retain water from being sore it will go away! How are you doing!?
