Your friend needs to be really cautious. If she gets hungry all the time (after the first week) and nothing satisfies it.. she can first try changing her dose, but if that doesn't help, she likely has no more abnormal fat to use as fuel. She can still do the round, but she would increase her calories of P2 foods to about 800 a day to stop losing. If she still loses on that, then up it to 1000 a day.

They do not need to be refrigerated but keep them out of the light and away from heat.

A 2 oz bottle if taken as the suggest should last 40 days. When you get to 20 days just check the bottle and see if it looks like you have half left.
