Hi Lorie! Sorry about the stall, that sucks. I haven't had one, but I know it's coming at some point. Have you tried the apple or steak day to see if that gives you a jump start? I check my measurements once a week, next one is tomorrow. I wasn't happy with the measurements as I've seemed to have lost everything above and below my waist, and it's the middle I really need to see some loss at! Oh well, usually is the boobs that go first Keep it up and don't get too disappointed, you'll start losing again!!
Hey Lyn, how are things going? I think I may have hit a stall. As of Sunday, I had lost 7 lbs. Then yesterday I didn't lose anything. Then today, only .2 lbs. I rechecked measurements and my inches lost we're all still the same too. The really sad thing, my scales will also measure body fat percentage and it is now higher than when I started phase 1!! Have you checked any of those things? How are you coming along?

Hi Lorie. Funny that you say the drops don't seem to curb your appetite, because after I take them I feel hungry. But after I eat a little something I'm fine. But I spread everything out over the day. I've never been much of a sit down eat a big meal person, more of a muncher. So I eat a fruit in the morning, then if I can't wait until lunch, I'll eat a veggie to hold me over, so on until I go to bed. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water. That seems to fill me up pretty good, although the runs to the bathroom are more frequent! Since I started I've lost a total of 6#, but 3 of those were lost during the loading days. And that's hard to do at work, as people are bringing in their goodies to share. But so far I haven't indulged, just drooled! There is also L-Glutamine you can buy that is suppose to curb your appetite.I've only used it twice and it seems to help a bit. Good luck, stay strong and keep in touch. Lyn
Hey Lyn, I'm Lorie. Yes, this is my first time to do this. I started the VLVD Monday... and I am hungry!!! thinking but I lost 1.2 lbs on Monday and 2 lbs on tuesday. So that is my motivation to stay strong!! But I am so hungry! I was hoping somehow the drops would curb my appetite but it hasn't really. I am only doing the 23 days instead of the 46 days. I am really hoping I can keep going and not cheat or stall!! I am hoping after a week on this, I will not feel as hungry! Hopefully!! How are you doing so far?
