For my first day I am planning on doing pretty much P2, minus the fruits and way more protein w oils. Cannot wait for flavour! Then at night I will def be having a steak.

That is weird that you have not been feeling well. And TOM is not close as you should have another 2 weeks as you were a week after me. Hopefully you feel better today.

Yesterday and today I lost .4. I figured if I lose .4 until Tues I will only be 2lbs from my goal.

How much more weight did you lose after your LDW?

I'm doing well. Finally made the 20lb mark. 7 days to go.

Can't wait for P3 but still scared at the same time.

Since P3 is not really vegetarian friendly, what will you be eating?

    Part Two--

I completely fell off the wagon. I started loading again yesterday, and I will start over again with VLCD day 1 tomorrow. Amazingly, I didn't gain back any of my losses until the load days. I wasn't losing anymore, obviously, but I didn't gain it all right back. So there is hope--lol. I will have to buy more drops because I won't have enough for thirty more days, but that's okay. I feel more equipped with what to expect this time. I will see what happens.

I hope things are going well with you. I will check the thread to see how it's going! Good luck on your continued success!

    Hi Aliyah!
Sorry I haven't spoken for awhile. Things were crazy without a computer cord. My work finally replaced it, and then we had a bad tornado in Joplin, and I haven't had internet at home since. In fact, a tree fell on about half of our house, and we haven't been able to live there. We were better off than many people because we were able to dig out almost all of our possessions. We moved to Neosho, which is about 15-20 minutes south of Joplin. AT&T is supposed to transfer our internet service tomorrow. I am actually at McDonald's right now. Which brings me to my diet status.

I read so much mixed info about the apple days but no harm in trying. And I am such a stickler for protocol and this is in the original so let's give it a go. So far so good, I feel good and have minimal hunger. Did a 4k "support our troops" walk as I work for National Defence and I walked my dog after, feel fine.

I totally know what you mean, i just want some wiggle room in the 140s so I don't go back to the 150s. May as well finish it out and see what happens, no regrets.

I am still super excited for P3 but unlike you, I am a huge meat and fat eater so it will be heaven for me. I never eat grains or sugars so I don't care about them. I read just to ease into cheese, eggs and nuts as those are the top 3 problems for people. Day one of P3 I will do egg whites for breakfast (yolk is what can be bothersome) and otherwise stick with protocol foods but with actual fat for flavour and then a nice big steak for dinner. Oh, I cannot wait!!

I think it is just lack of activity for for me. It will get better once I can workout again, with weights.

Today is day 3 of a stall for me. I am doing an apple day. I know it is sup to be 4 days but today works best for me to do it. I am so close to the end and I do not have the mental fortitude to push through if I am stalling. What's the point really. I just really want to break into 140s, like even 147.

I felt like that on Wed, I felt nauseous and ill.

Yes, we can lose weight in P4.

I get super irritable for no reason! And I agree, it is the desire to eat.

Sigh, 11 more days, 13 more VLCDs.

Already on P4 Day 6.....P3 Recapp

by aliyah7 on June 29th, 2011 at 09:45 AM
P2 Round 1, VLCD: Lost 22.8 lbs

LDW: 158.2 lbs

P3 Day 1: 157.6 lbs (-0.6 lbs below LDW)
P4 Day 1: 158.4 (+0.2 lbs above LDW)

My weight bounced around. I had to do Yogurt days every few days. They have slowed down now though. I mean, we go from 500 or less to like, 1500-2000 calories. It's to be expected. But that's just my opinion (what do I know??).

I actually quit P3 early on D18. I have been on P4 for about 5 days now. I am 1.0

P3 Day 14....It's not the Calories, but the food...??

P3 Day 14
LDW: 158.2 lbs
Today's Weight: 156.2 lbs (2 lbs below LDW)

I have been doing Greek Yogurt days every two to three days because I had been gaining on all the other days. Not fun at all. I got tired of the yogurt days because I have been really wanting to eat food. But I could not stand the gains either.

Maybe I added too many foods so soon. Maybe there was a culprit food or group of foods, that was causing

P3 Day 10 (I can't believe it. I'll be done with P3 in no time)
LDW: 158.2 lbs
Today's Weight: 157.6 lbs (-0.6 lbs from LDW)

So happy. Did an official FFF day yesterday and Lost 3.4 lbs.

Here is what I've observed:

I did two Greek yogurt days before using Dannon Greek yogurt one time and Fage the next. Both were 0% Fat. I added heavy cream to them both. I lost 1.4 lbs both those times. I was hearing

P3 Day 7
LDW: 158.2 lbs.
Today's Weigt: 160.00 (+1.8 lbs)

I am up 1.8. I plan to do a Fage day today. For real this time. I got the Fage yogurt now. Last FFF day I used Dannon Greek. I lost 1.4, that was good, but I would like to try the actual Fage many have said they used, and compare. Hopefully I will lose more.

I do realize I had some P3 "NO, No" foods. First I had a Breaded ChikN patty (soy patty).

P3 Day 6....Oopsie Roll Burger Pictures

by aliyah7 on June 12th, 2011 at 12:53 PM
I made Oopsie Roll the other day for the very first time. I used them to make a burger. Yummy! I did not use the cream of tarter in mine.

Cleopatra's Oopsie Roll Recipe:

3 large eggs
pinch of cream of tartar (1/8 tsp)
3 ounces cream cheese (Do not soften)

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Separate the eggs and add cream cheese to the yolks. Use a mixer to combine the ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and cream
